XL, Large, and Medium Stainless K diamonds will ship out within two business days of ordering. Custom pieces take approximately three weeks from order. Expedited options are available upon request.

How long does custom piece creation take?
Timeline varies by complexity. A modification of an existing design can be done in days while most new designs can be completed in about a week. After approval, shipment typically occurs within 3 weeks of payment.

What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from stainless steel, sterling silver, 14K or 18K gold, platinum, or a combination of metals.
What quality stones do you use?
We use VS/Si or better diamonds and our gemstones are AAA quality.

Is shipping included?
Yes, FedEx or USPS Priority shipping is included in the price. Orders over $1,000 ship via FedEx 2-Day Priority requiring adult signature (continental US). International shipping costs are additional.
